The training events allow participants to develop their skills under the instruction of highly skilled coaches. In senior camps we explore positional responsibilities alongside core and unit skills.
Full Day events run from 10.00am until 4.00pm Monday – Wednesday . Events have a strong emphasis on understanding the game and are structured around short coaching sessions followed by modified games designed to reinforce coaching points. Participants are given fitness and conditioning advice.
Half day events follow the same format as full day events, they run from 9.00am until 12 noon Monday – Wednesday.
All coaches are hand-picked and are highly qualified sports professionals. All hold enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certificates.
As well as extensive experience each coach has the most advanced coaching and safety procedures at their disposal. This ensures that participants learn new skills in a secure and fun environment.
