Who Are Pro-Coach Scotland?
Pro-Coach Scotland was formally launched in February 2006.

The aim of Pro-Coach Scotland is to provide top quality sports coaching to encourage young people to become involved and to stay involved in sport.

Pro-Coach has three very distinct branches.

1. We organise and run rugby camps during school holidays. These camps are aimed at either primary or secondary pupils. We also run one day specialist forwards and backs training days.

2. We are involved in after-school sports coaching through local authority Active Schools programmes. We provide coaches for many different sports and activities. This is mainly aimed at the primary school age group. We will be coaching S1 and S2 rugby in the 2007/2008 school year on behalf of the SRU.

3. We develop and run courses for school pupils who would benefit from time away from the classroom. These courses introduce the concept of positive choices through sport. They are run on during school time and within the school campus.

All our coaches are fully trained and hold Enhanced Disclosure Certificates.
